Too many bugs at a game

Hello Everyone!

Recently i installed a PCSX2 Game.
But there is many problems that i would like to solve so i can have a better experience playing the game.

• Skipping Cutscenes Without Permission - All the cutscenes just pass through without my permission. I already checked the hacks tab and disabled everything but nothing seems to work.
  
• Audio Bug - The audio is very distorced and it seems like 3 or 4 games are running at the same time.
  
• Game Speed - The game works fine but sometimes it goes really slow can't really understand why.
  

Computer Specs:
-> AMD FX™ - 8320 Eight-Core Processor 3.50GHz
-> 16Gb Ram
-> Asus R9 280 Series


My Options:

• Emulation Settings (all default (bolt options marked))
  
• Vídeo Plugin Settings - Attached File (Already tried disabling the hacks but nothing worked)
  

I think that could be because the iso file was not correctly mounted, because it has 800Mb's.
The game came with PCSX2 0.9.8 version, i already downloaded the latest one but it still the same.
