I need a tool to duplicate the specific blue box to my other desktop.

Does anyone know a solution?
Whole setup is to translate Japanese games somewhat comfortably

OnTopReplica...works with not minimized programs in the background or in another virtual desktop(I don't know if it works with programs on another screen)
I often clone a window or part of it and display it over another while and the OnTopReplica shows the cloned window in real time
