Nono, the after image happens in hardware mode now. I changed my resolution to 1080 x 1920 and set the rendering threads to 4. Now the slow time is bright enough but hidden under an after image.

No need to make a bug report if it works in software mode.
tried different skipdraw values ?
the extra sw rendering threads won't do anything in hardware mode btw.

If you are using speedhacks, did you try without ?
