And, as gregory said before, just to confirm, you need to look the string in 'pcsx2_Iconized.pot' and find it in the source code the phrase that is it related.

example: For the icon "!NoticeTonguesxDisc", the correct string to translate is in "\pcsx2\CDVD\CDVD.cpp" :

@recoder, yes you need same string because they are not in the same place in the code
