Enable HW hacks and start using skipdraw from 1 to 7. I'm pretty possitive it's an overlay issue.
Ah, also try CRC hacks.

Tried 1 to 70, made no difference.

I thought I'd show you this to help figure out the problem

First image is Hardware mode, second is Software

Oh, all that time it was working on Software mode?
Meh, this is trolling...
There are games that don't work well in hardware mode and you have to live with it.

There's no problem with pcsx2 or HW mode or DX9 alpha correction on/off with the game. INCREASE your resolution or live with the blurry hell.

I said it worked on software mode a while back, but it only looks good, on software mode it runs at 25 fps, and what is trolling?

ok guys, thnx for all your help, if you felt I was trolling, I'm sorry, I don't even know what that means. I'll just try and figure it out myself
