Trouble Converting cheat codes. (PCSX2 Yugioh DOTR)

Hi,

I'm currently attempting to transfer some cheat codes I found for Yugioh DOTR but am having trouble converting codes for this specific game. I've had no problems with certain codes with this game but these in particular look much different than others. They were made for action replay MAX and are shown to be usable in the showcase video but I'm having trouble figuring out how to convert them to PCSX. There are two dashes and three sets of numbers/letters so when put into omniconvert they come out the same on the output as they are put into the input presumably because it doesn't recognize them but I could just be dumb and not understand what exact is going on here, so here are the codes.

Also, use a pnach file with the corresponding CRC code for your game as the filename and click the "Enable Cheats" option. It's the best way to use cheats in PCSX2. Alternatively, you can also see if you can buy a used Action Replay MAX CD. Then, use it in the emulator, then input the cheats and swap discs with the game either physically in the disc drive or with disc images of both CDs.
