please provide the emulog.txt when you run the game.

4 things you can do :
1 - get a better GPU
2 - set extra rendering threads to 3 in gsdx options
3 - Overclock this CPU near 4.0 Ghz
4 - Pray. This game is quite demanding and your machine may not be up to the par.
