True Crime Streets of New York, missing textures & distorted sound

Hey there,

Like the title states, when the game is booted it loads the PS2 menu bit fine, then the logo goes all pixalated and distorted, it then gets into the menu with the same effect and slow, distorted sound.
By some miracle I did manage to hit the right buttons on the non existent menu to get into the game, the characters were missing patches of their faces, looking creepy as *****, might I add. Sound still does the same and massive parts of the level are missing same with cars and everything else.

Well "True Crime : New York City" is ingame status.

And "True Crime : Streets of L.A." is only on menu status.

Yeah it means you can get into the game and control the player and stuff but not complete the game.
