I have recently started using PCSX2 to play my favorite PS2 game, however, when I launched the game everything seemed to be working fine until I got to the intro. The game was lagging horribly, it's not even rendering and I assume it's because of my Video Settings, I watched some youtube videos as I didn't know how to configure it myself, it was all new to me.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
