Trying to play shadow of the Colossus on my laptop

I have a laptop with those same specs and the game runs awesome for me. what i did tho was turn ALL sound settings OFF. speed up like crazy.
But i mainly run pcsx2 on my desktop. Intel i7 2.9GHz (8 CPU's lol YAY!)

i envy you! I can try to turn off all the sound and just play the audio cd of soyc but that would just be plain boring.
