Trying to run both ISO and DVD/CD-R file, neither work

I get this error every time I try to run the files, and I'm not sure what to do.

PLaying from CD/DVD isn't possible in this version, and also there seems to be something wrong with your BIOS ...

yeah he doesnt have a bios, thats whats wrong with it.
or at least no bios selected
