Trying to understand Github

I was wondering about Github and I hope I'm not asking a dumb question, just want a bit of understanding. Are the builds being updated regularly composed of a standalone improvement, or are the recent builds composed of all of the improvements from other posters of recent builds before it???

Here are the git builds done by Orphis's build bot. Each build changes only a few things (usually) but also contains the previous changes (unless it is specifically rolling back a change due to some issue).
