Thanks for your confirmation, in vista for DBZ T3 is fine too. About grandia extreme in vista with same settings and plugins is fine too ingame except for FMV have some flicker much than in OS XP but doesnt really annoying. For this game i get more fps in game rather than os Xp but for DBZ T3 i didnt get more fps (same as in os xp).

Your screenshots are of Dragonball Z Budokai 3.

Not Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3.

The PAL version of Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 flickers for me, while the NTSC version does not.

For Grandia Extreme, Seem option speed hacks x2 cycle rates is max to take if i use x3 cycle rates sometimes in menu ingame get flickers but this x3 cycle rates option i try in OS Vista SP1. Overall I gain more fps in battles and moving get almost steady at.60fps and low at.58fps except for FMV ingame. Option limit cpu, x2 cycle rates. No flicker at all ingame even with no interlance except movie. I Use Gsdx 0.1.7 plugin, peopspu2 1.9 for sound plugin.

this picture on OS Vista with no interlance in gsdx plugin :
