UFER Blurry Gameplay on PCSX2 1.7.0

hello all! so I've been using the 1.7.0 versions that's been updated regularly from orphis and I'm not sure why but my game now has this problem where the screen gets really blurry, I've tried meddling with all the settings but nothing except changing it to software mode works. I don't know why this is happening now, the game worked fine on older versions of pcsx2.
my pc specs are: i3-6100 CPU 8GB RAM GTX 1060 6GB

Can you identify the specific build number where this started occurring?
Problems? Try out the latest nightly build to stay on top of the latest updates and fixes.
Oh yeah Red Pandas are cool too.

Edit: okay so I've tried a lotta older builds and I think this is a bug I hadn't caught until now because I'm currently trying it with pcsx2-v1.5.0-dev-3403-g58f5a5b91-windows-x86 and it has that problem too |
