USB Joystick (Sanwa) triggering D-pad at rest. HELP!

I just finished setting it up and the joystick is mapped just fine. However when I start a game like Tekken, D-pad doesn't work. I discovered the padtest and it seems like the Joystick is triggering when it shouldn't. I've searched over the web and I couldn't find the answer. Looking forward to your response! Thank you all!

D-pad is the directional, right? In my game,The D-pad is stuck down. Or up. I'm trying several configurations. I'm using a generic USB control. Maybe if I try a better one?
