USB Keyboard/Mouse Support for PCSX2 Nightly

This is a feature that I highly request.
It is great to play the PS2 versions of Half-Life and Deus Ex: The Conspiracy with keyboard+mouse like the PC versions, but the Nightly version of PCSX2 is the only one that plays Deus Ex with no flaws.

Please implement it, especially since PCSX2 Nightly does not support plugins like the outdated and slow stable version.
