USBqemu Buzzer Mod - Works, but issue with "stuck" buttons

My buzzers are working with Buzz Mega Quiz, but every 5 to 10 presses of a button causes the game to act as if the button is being held down, causing an endless loop of holding down the button. Every 5 to 10 presses it also doesn't register me pressing a button on the buzzer. I've tried 8 different buzzers (from 2 different 4-buzzer hardwares so it's not my buzzers that are the problem)

Is this a common problem, and is their a fix?
