Unable to change internal resolution

So, i guess when I tick native it's not working, but it is being upscaled quite a bit, still odd that I cant make it look better than this. Tried MSAA and doesnt change the look at all.

Then I don't what to say.

Texture filtering has 3 modes

Off= empty box
2d/3d = Check in box
3d = Box in box

There nothing wrong with those image other then texture filtering you have set to 3d only.
