Underclock not working with RA

I am unable to play games with Underclock enabled and Retro Achievements in Hardcore Mode at the same time. It's like every time I start the game with Hardcore Mode turned on, it ignores the Underclock options. I'm using the latest Nightly version. Can someone help me? I thank the attention.

obs: I need the Underclock because my computer is very weak.

I think it's on purpose since it could modify the game speed
On hardcore mode you aren't supposed to do so
