- The version of PCSX2 you are using.

maybe you could try to rip your game to iso using imgburn.
Looks like a bad dump.
That said, this particular game in its NTSC version had an "ingame" status when using previous stable version of pcsx2.
It may be possible this hasn't evolved ...

Hm so you're sure imgburn made a proper iso image of both layers? (ie is the iso file over 4,4gb?). You could also try the skip mpeg hack in case it helps you skip the scene
