okay try enabling the EE timing hack in the Game Fixes section (last screenshot you posted), you will need to enable gamefixes in the top left of that window first.

also try putting the EE/IOP and VU Clamping modes to the very bottom option (Full and Extra + Preserve Sign respectively) see if that helps.
