Eitherway the 7770 I saw in a dutch shop (No Sale) For about 109 Euro's and it'll probably be faster then the GT240 Rezard said

I'd hope so.

But I'd expect more than a margin, as it would be.
The specs of the 7770 are more similar to the GTS 240/250.
It won't be a significant enough difference, IMHO.
