A really good GPU for the price would be a GeForce GT 240 (GDDR5).
It would compare to the Radeon HD 6570,
and not come too short of the HD 6770, either.

I know Newegg has had various models available at refurbished prices for a while now.
Here' one I see now:

I've also seen one right on EVGA's site,
and it was only $40 on there...

Only problem with the phenom is it doesn't have sse4 which pcsx2 makes gooduse of, which is a shame

Eitherway the 7770 I saw in a dutch shop (No Sale) For about 109 Euro's and it'll probably be faster then the GT240 Rezard said Eitherway it is a true fact that the Phenom II CPUs are getting quite rare, mainly due to Bulldozer
