Touche. My question is if there are graphics glitches for either software or hardware, how did this happen with screenshots?

those ones may have been taken on a previous pcsx2 version. Or the 4Gb patch solved a few things.

Nice one jesalvein - 4Gb patch!!! Superb! I'd never heard of it before but I've just tried it myself and the game is actually playable... in software mode. Still, better than nothing! I'd love to be able to play it in hardware mode as I really enjoyed playing it back in the day and it'd look great at a higher resolution. Before I applied the patch I was getting "GSdx: out-of-memory, texturing temporarily disabled" non-stop when trying to play it and my PC was grinding to a near halt.
