Urbz keeps slowing down I don't know why

Hey there!
I just got the emulator + Urbz Sims in the city and basically it works but it keeps slowing down, the video, the interactions, voices and music and I don't know why. It is an ISO
and I'm running the PCSX2 1.4.0.
I tried to change the settings back to preset but it didn't change anything..

CPU - AMD FX-8370 Eight-Core Processor 4.00 GHz
Graphics - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
RAM - 12 GB
System - Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit

Just so you know, the mods can see what your original post was before you edited it lol. Not to mention wheninrome's post includes your original post.
