Usage Tutorial (as in it is already running)

Is there a usage tutorial that explains what keyboard commands (if any) exist?
I'm looking for commands that do the following (and then some):
- Quit game and return to PCSX2 main window
- Pause emulation
- Resume emulation
- Eject disc
