both your CPu & GpU will struggle in most games, including FFXII.
better keep playing on your PS2, sorry

With your cpu i guss the fps around 29 to 35 (maybe more )means very close to playable but with some speedhacks maybe you can able to run the game in playablespeed. But 2.1ghz is really less.
