Using Run > Execute

I'm trying to play Ico [PAL] (transferred from my friend's disc) with PCsx2 on Mac, and I don't have a Bios problem. I keep hearing that the only way to run Ico is to use the Run > Execute action. I don't own a PS2; the game is my friend's, so forgive my inexperience, but how do you access ISOs using this method? The only things that show up I think is System Configuration and Browser.
