Very low CPU usage, yet poor performance

yes a very good card to use in pcsx2 (it would be better for pc games also if you take the 1gb version of that card) or it would be better if you go with a 5xxx series of ati if you are looking for pc games performance more than pcsx2
OS: Win 7 Ultimate x64 sp1, MoBo: Asus P5QD Turbo, CPU: Q6600 @ 3,0Ghz, RAM: Trancend 2x2gb 6-6-6-18 800 MHz, GPU: HD 4850 1gb.

the card will share up to 1.5 GB of memory, if I'm not mistaken, it'll do fine.

Good card to use?

Seems a bit pricey, if you can afford that you might as well try these:

Yeah get the GTS250. It is somewhat stronger than the 9800GT and if it is available for the same price, it would be kind of stupid to buy the 9800GT. However, if you also play PC-games, I would buy a 1GB card nowadays.
Intel i5 3450
AsRock B75-Pro3-M
Sapphire R9 290 Tri-X OC
8GB DDR3-1333 RAM
Sandisk Ultra Plus 256GB
Seagate 7200.14 1TB x2
Enermax Triathlor 450W PSU

Seems like bit missing here, as far as i know gforce FX5200 is Compatible with AGP slot, so i think his motheboard really old one because Pciex16 v.1.0 and v.2.0 for newer mobo from 2008 year and up. And something odd with his cpu too, is athlonII X3 really compatible with his mobo??, i mean mostly i bet his socket mobo is old 939 or 940 socket cpu for old amd cpu.
