Very slow fps in Liberty City Stories & Vice City Stories!

even i had the same problem.but i changed the 8 bit texture and some speedhacks its working perfect!!!thanks recoder.my system specifications are

windows 7 ultimate 64bit
ati radeon 5145 hd
2gb ram
148 gb hard disk.
