Very slow with dual core E7600

I use dual core E7600 and Radeon 5550... also I use 8 gb of ram and a SSD Samsung pro...
PCSX2 is really slow. For me it is better if you change the programming language and passes to the assembly.

For me it is better if you get a better pc.

Alternatively you could just buy a decent computer and stop whining that something which requires a lot of power doesnt run well on your machine that doesn't have much power.
