Vey unstable fps

Hello everyone!

I 'll be brief for now.
I downloaded the emulator, downloaded a game (FF XII iso) and ingame the fps goes sometimes over 130% and sometimes like 70-90% and it kinda affects the gameplay.
Any solutions here?
