Video and Audio low speed. Please help.

Hi

I am having problems with the video and audio while playing the game Front Mission 5 Scars of war. The introduction video was good but after that the video and audio in the game starts to slows and lags. Playing the game speed is good.

My Spcs:
CPU AMD A8 6600K 3.9GHz with integrated Radeon HD8570.
8GB RAM
OS is Win 7 64Bit.

I did look in the Forum but i need to choose best setting for my pc spcs. If someone can advise me on how to speed up that will be much appreciated.

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Yes sorry about not givning enough details.

The version for PCSX2 is 1.2.1.

I have used the setting in the guide from the original website: pcsx2.net

What are your EE% and GS% readings during slowdowns?


You can also look into these hints by Soravia.

It could be that your cpu is too weak for that certain game.

The fps is 11.6
The EE 22%-12%
The GS 7%-3%

Dang, that's unusually small for the specs you have. Have you tried using any speedhacks?

I found the solution I had to increase the FPS and now both the audio and sound are running very smooth.

I found a tutorial on how to do this and it was very good and easy to do. So if any one want it i can send you the link.

One more thing i started having some problems with my CPU after i configured the PCSX2. It crashed and recovered is this normal?
