Video issue on Ready 2 Rumble Round 2

My issue is this, the screen is stretched and low...

Here are my plugin settings...

Here are my settings... Game Fixes is unchanged...

Can someone help me get Ready 2 Rumble Round 2 in working order? It would be much appreciated...

Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 3000
RAM: 8GB DDR3


PCSX2 Version 1.4.0

Game format: ISO Backup

Download the latest build here and see if it fixes your issue: https://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/

Also, switch to the OpenGL renderer. If that doesn't work, use DX11.
