Virtua Fighter Evo and Shadow of the Colossus Controller Problems

I'm super new to this and I wanted some advice on my current problem. I'm using a xbox 360 controller and Lillypad 0.11 (XInput selected) with pcsx2 9.9 r5037.

When I run Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution, the buttons work and the sticks and d pad are not functioning. I can start a fight and play with out movement. I have unchecked Xinput and setup directinput but I can only get the dpad to work for this game, the sticks are still unresponsive.

Shadow of the Colossus works fine in the game but the sticks don't work in the menu or map. Directinput seems to have fixed this issue but it would be better to use xinput for rumble and continuity as all of the other games I play work fine with xinput.

I have pasted my output window below. Any advice is welcome!

I personally keep DirectInput and XInput both checked. Did not have any problem with that.

Have you configured the Sticks properly and moving the correct Stick.
