Visual c++ redist error

Hello, I installed the latest pcsx2 + appropriate vcredist packages, yet every time i try running any game I get Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error.
Not really sure what I can do about it.
Windows 7 64
i7 4790
NVidia GeForce GTX 960

You installed VCREDIST 2013 x86?

Try reparing it using the redist ivc++ installer then.https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=40784
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

It works fine with the GSnull(or zerogs) plugin. Any other causes this error. I suspect it just doesn't work nicely with my videocard...

Can you show a screenshot with the error.
Do you have some dll files that start with msvc in the pcsx2 directory?

Tried updating DirectX btw ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X

EDIT:
Reinstalling DirectX solved the problem (No idea what went wrong with it).
