WILD ARMS 5 IN BATTLE

So the problem is that WA5 is becoming slow in battle, however in field its ok (not perfect but acceptable). However I figured it out, and played it before at 60fps everywhere but i formatted my laptop and reinstalled WIN7, and I can't remember the settings that I used first. I can bet its not operating system issue 'cause I used Win7 before also nor different plugins cause i saved the whole pcsx2 folder but before configuring. So please tell me how to fix it, if anyone also knows the best settings.
Excl I'm looking into your soul

Just use speedhacks thing and make mess with those. No magical settings for working flawless except your cpu+gpu can handle that game without speedhacks or only minimal using its. More speedhack more problem, more crash, more headache.
