WIld Arms 4 Issue

So I have about two issues with the game,
one is that it would run just 40/ 50 % the lowest in more clustered areas/ scenes if i use pcsx2 1.4, but i cant get it to stay above 60/70 % much less even 50%.
I tried the lastest version of Pcsx2 1.6, but now the opening scene runs about 30%, making it non-playable period.
I've tried most hacks, and what not so if anyone could please give a hand would be great, because i'm at a lost.

My Specs:


CPU: Amd A9-9425  (3.10 GHz)
RAM: 8 GB DDR4 1866MHz SDRAM,
GPU:  AMD Radeon R5 
OS: Windows 10 (64 bit)

Best would either to get a better CPu or play it on your PS2.
That CPU's STR is below 1400, and won't be powerful enough
