WWE Here Comes the Pain Loading Screen Problem

I am having problem with game WWE Here Comes the Pain. Basically every loading screen is in about half of the screen and when it is about to load the screen starts flashing, other than that there is no other problem with the game. Here is an example of what i am talking about:

I am using the PCSX version 1.2.1 and playing the game from ISO

My Specs Are:
Win 8 64bit
Intel® Core™ i5-4200U CPU @ 1.60GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.3GHz
6GB Ram
2 graphics cards (Intel® HD Graphics family and AMD Radeon 8670M)

The only thing i changed in options was the Clamping Mode in both EE/IOP and VUs from normal to none and the EE Cyclerate from 1 to 2

Why change the clamping mode? Try it with the normal clamping mode.
