You can't upgrade GPUs on notebooks.

As I know speedhacks are not recommended in general. So what is the recommended speedhack for this game?

Could I just download the new version? Every program I have checking the updates themselves, I nevr do it manually so a little help.

I know this isn't true for older intel HD cards, have they finally stepped up their game?

tick the "Native" Box on gsdx, this will help with your speed. Mostly your graphics card is just struggling, but as others have said a better computer all round would be advised.

You could also try MTVU in the speedhacks section, sometimes that makes things quicker, other times it doesn't, youll have to play with it.
