Weird WWE All Stars FPS issue

Hello,
Well I have this WWE All Stars Game here on my Laptop
it works very fine at FPS: 60 when i play a normal singles match
but when there is 3 or more wrestlers in the ring the FPS gets lowered to 25-30!
I don't actually know why does this happen
Here are my specs:
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.53 GHz
RAM: 4.00 GB
Display Card: ATi Mobility Radeon HD 4650 which is 1GB which is up-to 2287 MB
OS: Windows 7 32-bit
I'm using PCX2 0.9.8 (4600)

The explanation is quite simple. More wrestlers = more to process. What with your CPU being a relatively slower one, you may expect games to show "more demanding" situations that prove more difficult (or even too difficult) for your processor to maintain full speed.

Are you using Speedhacks?
Have you tried a lower resolution (i.e. native)?

yup i'm using Speedhacks
but not using it in lower resolution (A)

Your processor is decent, just not too fast (especially compared to what some games will need).

Your GPU isn't too bad, but can often be limited to low resolution with some games (again, some games/scenes will prove too much).

Overall, it's more on the average level, especially for a laptop. Not horrible, though.

well i was willing to buy a new one.. but i have other stuff to buy.. so a new laptop could wait until i finish the rest of the stuff i need
