Weird blur effect on NFS Underground 2

Yeah idk whats causing this weird blur effect. it gives me a bit of a headache but its not a dealbreaker. any ideas for a fix?

this is an interlacing issue, simply change the interlacing mode with F4. also you can switch to SW mode with F9
