Weird graphical global glitch

Question 
Hi I'm new to PCSX2 I tried everything but I guess nothing works, 
this glitch consist of the video stuttering consistently as if it shrinks back and forth. 
I know my graphic card is the problem and I know that my laptop isn't that the best place to run this but i hope u can come with a fix please.
i dont know how to share how it looks because this forum forbid me form sharing urls and posting videos.
