Weird issues

Running windows 8.  connected controller and when i load BLACK OPS I the X button works fine.  The pad works as a mouse however,  nothing else works.  I cannot look around or use any other button.  I dont know what to do from here

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Are you talking about pcsx2 the ps2 emulator? If yes, are you talking about Call of Duty: Black Ops? If yes, how do you combine these two? According to wikipedia black ops only was released for ps3...
