Nope, problem now is solved, RealTemp and the emu is showing 2.833 Ghz and the games are playing smoothly at 60 FPS, though I don't know whats happening with the high temps, I am using the stock Intel cpu fan cooler, and its clean without any sign of dust and my room is at 25 ºC if that matters.

Indeed that is very hot. I would suggest getting a better 3rd party cooler, that intel one just isnt cutting it from what it seems.

OK gotta buy a new one today, I didn't know that was too hot, better cooling never hurts anyone

get a coolermaster hyper 212, that should do nicely for the price (20/25~bucks depending where you live)
