Went from WinXP Pro to Windows 7 Ultimate - PCSX2 doesn't run properly anymore!

Try using the settings you had when you posted the following:

The game running too fast is a good thing, but the fact that it's too fast means you aren't limiting the frames. During gameplay, press Tab or F4 and it should go to normal speed (50fps).

Another thing to try is setting the Clamp Modes in the EE/IOP and VUs tabs to "None". This could give a boost, but possibly cause crashes (but the problem is the game is too FAST, right? if so ignore this tip).

The last thing I can think of is that you're playing in Windowed mode. If you have the Aero theme enabled in Vista/7 while playing in windowed mode, you're going to get a slowdown in the emulator.
