and this? where did you download it? don't you install BS to trash it right right from the start. you shouldn't need much more then what 7 delivers and the vc_redist of 2013.

I downloaded the pcsx2 from the main site, version 1.2.1

I just tried running it basic without the graphics card, I am going to pop it in there, and install the drivers and all.

Is Direct x Mandatory............and do I need any other updates besides that to run it on 1.2.1?
