I'm new to emulators, my graphics card isn't great, and I keep getting out of memory errors while playing games. Any advice on settings or solutions?

My specs are: Iris XE graphics card, 16 GB RAM, 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-1255U 1.70 GHz, 64-bit.

What kind of error, exactly ? Any screenshot ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go
