These are my pc specs , maybe someone could tell me what i should upgrade for better emulation
Processor Intel® Core2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2.66GHz
Memory (RAM) 2.00 GB
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GTS 512MB

Depends on what you're looking for in that better emulation. If in general you don't mind mid to low-res gaming then upgrade the processor. It's most likely to fix any slowdowns you find when emulating PS2 games.
That said, if the general speed experience is good or okay for you but you want to play in higher resolutions, a video card upgrade would be good.

Buy the GTX260 and Overclock your CPU (+3GHz)
This way....you are hitting 2 birds with one stone
Also the Laptop version of the GTX260 is SUPERB....So the Desktop ver would be even much more better
