Mind is moving pretty slow so the moves aren't really getting me is their something I can do to speed it up? I've tried speed hacks. - Screen shots below

you can try to update to latest pcsx2 beta and beta plugins.

However, DBZT3 is a demanding game and your CPu is Weak.maybe you will grab some more 10 Fps , but don't expect much more.

GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go
